My recent visit to In-N-Out was a letdown. While the food was okay and the flavors were consistent with what you’d expect, the execution left much to be desired. I ordered a 4x4 burger, but they only included 3 patties instead of the 4 I paid for. Mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when attention to detail is missing, especially at a place known for its customization. The staff was polite, but the issue wasn’t resolved on-site, which added to the disappointment. I hope for better accuracy next time.

Carol who served us was so very nice! With it being the night before thanksgiving the restaurant was packed and the drive-in was endless. She took our order with a smile, patience and wishing everyone a great evening! Made me so happy after a long day of driving. ☺️
