Starbucks is next door and while ordering my coffee at SB I seen their breakfast sandwiches and thought that sounds good but they are expensive so I went to Jack in the Box next door. Ordered the Supreme Breakfast Croissant. Got to work opened my box and there is this mini sandwich I paid $5.39 see pic. Sandwich was cold and small for the value. Sad points here!

When I arrived, there was only one lady working. She was attending everything. The floors were filthy , the dining area was a mess. The bathroom was disgusting. There was so much graffiti everywhere. The lady was cooking and working the cashier. I didn't see her wash her hands while she changed from cashier to cook. My order was missing items. The food had a bad taste. Fortunately I didn't get sick. Another employee showed up before I left, but he didn't bother to sweep or clean the restaurant. He didn't greet the customers in line either. A pretty rude guy. I love Jack in the box but this one in particular is a dump. I'm not impressed at all with this restaurant. Maybe everyone called off that day. Nevertheless, the bathroom looked unattended for weeks because of all the graffiti, lack of soap, toilet paper. I wanted to order more food but was disgusted. I only bought tacos and a few other things I paid for were missing. I wish this place the best and more responsible employees. I won't return here. Good luck, get your employees trained on customer service and clean the bathroom walls and floor.

Awful service oder 5 things from app only got 3 lame service, have to waste time trying to get a refund for stuff i didnt get I dont know how fast food workers get paid so well in california and they cant complete a 5 item order and store had no other customers wonder how this happens
