We were at Jack's from Hungary. Wanted to try a real american burger. We didn't disappoint, it was delicious.

I don't know if they made this yesterday, but for a $12 combo it shouldn't be this bad. I guess this is why I haven't been here in a long time. Won't be ever again. The ham was completely dry, the bacon, well, you see it. The eggs, lukewarm at best. If you want to call that a croissant, be my guest. It was smashed completely. At least the coffee wasn't horrible like the cold hash browns. The drive through lady was nice though Update: I've been sick to my stomach for over an hour now. This really sucks.

I love much of Jack's food, but they missed the mark a couple of times today. I went twice today... early afternoon and evening. The early afternoon was mostly good, and the staff has good customer service attitudes, but they're up against mechanical challenges. They were very busy and they have only 2 restrooms. Both are one seaters, unisex, but one is devoted to staff. The one which isn't has a broken lock, and they have to buzz you in, but there's no way to lock it once you're in, so other patrons will get buzzed in when you're still in there. Sadly, my evening visit was worse, as they are advertised as being open 24/7/365, but I was turned away because the lobby was closed (I'm mobility impaired, in a scooter and was staying at the Hampton Inn next door. So be aware, "Open 24 hours," isn't quite accurate, as they only serve those willing and able to drive thru.
