First off I travelled on the bus way further to order from this specfic location because they accept EBT, except once u got there they informed me that their EBT machine wasn't working!! So I had to lay in cash, which means my expectations may have been higher but either way starting out with bad taste in my mouth. I got my order and when I finally got back home with it I was surely disappointed!!! I expectted the food to be on the less hot side since I had to take a bus to get home however the fries weren't just cold they were raw!! Seriously extremely undercooked!! There's no way BK corporate would approve or appreciate the uncooked fries i received , this screams Red flags because what other food items are they ignoring preset cook times for,?? when cooking?? I actually re-fried them myself because they were that bad!!! The whopper Jr was fine but I swear every time I get a je instead of a reg whopper the tomato slice us the butt end of the tomato the one u would never eat if u cut the tomato yourself, tea gross but never fails I got the stupid but slice tomato and it was another easily an unnecessary strike on this restaurant!! I won't be going back anytime soon that's for sure!!

This one star is for their attempt to at least run the business. Placed an order via app and went to pick up few minutes later then the given time. Food was ready but the people at the counter were definitely not. Finally one of the the staffs called my number and tried to hand my food without a bag! Am I supposed to carry my food openly especially when i had three items.Then I was told to pay for the bag and they would pack them. This was so confusing and frustrating! Not sure if this is something new but when placing order online via BK app there was no indication that the store would not pack your food! Need to up your game BK!

Ordered takeout and paid through the app. When I went there, they tried charging 20 cents per paper bag for takeout! (See picture) There is no way to know about or pay for this extra 20 cent bag fee through the app, so this practice seems shady and dishonest at best. This is also a takeout only Burger King, meaning there is no option to sit in and eat. The guy gave us our order on a tray (see picture) and when I asked how do they expect us to carry our food out, he shrugged his shoulders. On top of that, the service in general is poor, and no one is standing at the register. EDIT: they now added a sign CHARGING FOR ICE!
