My family and local dentist friends make it a tradition to visit In-N-Out Burger. The presentation of the food is always neat and inviting, reflecting the classic fast-food dining experience we appreciate. The burgers maintain high quality with crispy buns, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked meat. However, there is room for improvement. The fries could sometimes be crisper and benefit from a bit more seasoning to enhance their flavor. Despite these minor points, we highly value the consistency and quality that In-N-Out Burger provides. This tradition will certainly continue. See you next time, In-N-Out Burger!

Based on how my food was bagged up, this has got to be the most unprofessional thing that has happened regardless of how much the of a rush there is. Burger cut in half looks put together half assed, fries inside my bag was scattered everywhere. When I first looked into my bag my fries bowl was facing upwards, like how in the actual fudge is this okay? Where’s the Consistency? I hope this is brought to the attention of their employees just to take it slow because I’m sure folks rather have their food put together nicely versus sloppy work. Leave a lasting impression even under pressure.

My favorite chain burger spot. Consistently cooked right, has that old fashioned burger flavor. French fries are good. If you like your fries a little more crispy ask for well done. Google secret menu for their not so secret stuff. Very simple menu, no chicken, no nothing but burgers. Employees are friendly and work hard. Been going here since it opened. Only one time, and it was during all the COVID-19 stupidity, did they screw up my order. I put in a complaint on their website and expected no response since that's what I get everywhere else. Within an hour I had an email and a phone call. They asked about what happened and then sent cards good for a complete meal for everything I had ordered. Amazing! Cannot say enough good things about this store and this company. Haven't had any problems since.
