What happened, did they change their grill cheif. My sourdough used to be delicious. Not today. My bun was soft and only toasted on one side. St least my fries were nice and hot

The food was SO MUCH better than any other jack in the box I've ever been to! The food didnt taste like it was fried in nasty old oil, which is what ive been noticing at both el camino locations in santa clara. I've tossed food away from both places after 1 bite. Even the ore shake was very good and not too sweet. The 2 ladies at the drive thru were very sweet.
