We are regular customers at this Carl’s Jr., and I want to commend Edith at the drive-thru for her excellent service. My child has autism and likes his burger a certain way. Edith always makes sure our order is just right. What really stands out is how thoughtful she is. Sometimes, when I pull up, she recognizes me and reviews my order before I even continue. That small gesture means so much to our family. Thank you, Edith, for your kindness and great customer service. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have you!

Emily is great, fun person to have around, her and her team are always pleasant and cheerful. They always make sure we have everything. Store is always clean. All tables are clean, i dont have to walk around looking for a clean table as i do at other places. Thank you for having a wonderful in the morning, its a great way to start a day....😁

I forgot her name, but My goodness was the customer service really good. She was working at the cash register at around 9 am and she was so nice. She helped me out when I was confused with the menu items, and I ended up getting a breakfast burrito I really enjoyed. Thank you so much ma'am
