The woman taking my order was very short and rude with me. I told her the first three sandwiches then went onto the rest and she was like , I don’t know. when I asked her how much something was. Or what is the big cheeseburger she said it’s not on there. And then she said pull forward and I knew by the amount that I was missing stuff and I said That’s not right it can’t be should I pull forward or do you want to add it now. No response so I sat there a few seconds no response so I pulled forward. Got up to the window no they didn’t have my order right they only had part of it handed me the bag that was done then told me to pull over to the side while they make the rest of it so now this is called and they didn’t even give me my drink which was part of the first order. It’s a joke I wish I’d never would’ve went to Carl’s Jr. on Solodad and Canyon Country. Being fair I should mention the guy handing in my my food was polite. It was just the woman which honestly when she came by the window I think she was the manager. You couldn’t tell it by her attitude.

Great experience- this Carls has been there since my childhood and it used to suck! It’s got better management, it’s a brand new building and the manager Stephen helped us and made menu suggestions that made it feel more like restaurant than fast food.
