I have been going to Carl’s Jr. since I was a kid. It brings back so many happy memories. Coming back here today makes me happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Specifically Anthony, our cashier, was particularly kind. The food is tasty and in large quantities. The atmosphere is very nice. It is a quiet and calming place to be.

Bad attitude. I ask for little jalapeños and the manager and or front desk denay to give them to me. He said I had to pay in a very unpolite way. This is the first time someone at Carls Jr. try to charge me extra for the little jalapeños. It is not the money. It’s the attitude. I was here yesterday, and the guy at the drive through was wonderful. He gave them to me no charge and the smile in his face. The other lady at the front desk very impolite as well. I spent about 25 dollars with my meals

Anna and Claudia definitely need to be retrained and just because you’re able to speak English in Spanish doesn’t mean that you can go cursing out of Customer in Spanish thinking that the customer is not gonna understand that is very disrespectful and poorly mannered of you guys. I hope this review gets to corporate as they do need to be aware of what type of employees they have assisting customers I went into the drive-through place my order pulled up to the window. The lady Claudia would not honor the two for $10 deal claiming that it is false advertisement from Carl’s Jr. that she cannot honor the deal, no matter what and that she had a charge full price for each burger when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the person in charge, but that she would call someone else to come speak to me lady Anna came to the window with a very rude and disrespectful attitude told me that I had to leave because they were not gonna honor any deal and that she didn’t care if she got in trouble or not. Proceeded to slam the window and didn’t assist me with my food.
