The employees are nice. It’s the service that’s awful. Where’s my biscuit? 😳 I’m confused! I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Told myself that maybe this time my order will be fine. But it turns out to be a disappointment. I rarely get Popeyes because I rarely eat out and to not get my order right every single time, is plane theft. They know you can’t go inside to complain because only drive thru. You can call but they’ll pickup if they feel like it. It’s sad.

Service was great but the food was nasty, the chicken had too much grease in it and I told them specifically macaroni and cheese and they end up giving me potatoes

The place was clean and all the employees were super nice. The sides were good and biscuits were on point. The chicken nuggets were not good. The consistency of them seemed very far off. Mushy and tasteless. The chicken strips were in my opinion not all the way done. Seemed a bit rushed. They were also a little strange in texture. The hot wings were perfect and the regular chicken was good as well. Unfortunately this morning I am having some stomach issues I believe from the fried food. I'll be more cautious next time.
