Did you know if you have a bad experience at a Wendy’s it’s almost impossible to get management or the company to acknowledge your issue and if you wanted a refund you have to wait for upper management to contact you? This franchise is a joke and due to the horrible customer service I won’t be going back again

Only Wendy's that is nearby and I don't go anymore. Went to the drive thru and no one even made eye contact. Arm out the window holding a bag of food. Dangling it in front of me like take it and leave. Fries cold...Burger edible somewhat. Don't go inside the smell and the sub zero degrees air conditioning makes it hard to swallow food.

They gave me a salad with rotten lettuce and the chicken sandwich looked gross. I threw away all the food. They also gave me attitude from the moment I ordered. Never going back there!
