Food is great, I'll just get that out there first, BUT the service is trash. About 2 weeks ago, I get in line at the register. I was up next but the cashier let her friends/family (not sure) cut in front of me. No explanation, no permission, didn't ask me. She just acted like I wasn't there, like I didn't exist. Worst feeling someone can give to someone else. I lost my appetite I was so disgusted by her behavior. I didn't do anything to deserve that. I was simply a paying customer who got in line like I was supposed to. Oh and by the way, when I went into ask for the owner's/manager's contact info the shift lead yelled at me. I really feel like SM Burgers had something against me that day. Like what did I do?

When I ordered I asked if it was possible to get a chili cheese burger with the chili on the side so my bun would not get soggy on the way home. The cashier told me yes they could do this. I waited about 10 minutes and she then told me the cooks would not do this. I took the burger out to my truck and below is a picture of the burger and fries. The bun was already soggy and smashed and the fries limp and cold. I won’t go there again.

I was going to get my 8 year old the nuggets but decided to pay $10 for the chicken strip meal. Photo for reference. How can you charge $10 for this? I will never come back. $54 for one curly fry, chicken strips a jr burger garden burger and patty melt. Paid for 4 drinks and they gave us 2 initially. Waste of money.
