In-N-Out Burger

In n out is an inexpensive and classic fast food restaurant and drive through. I’ve always enjoyed the ambiance of this place. It reminds you of the 50’s and that’s actually the style they go for with their merchandise like T-shirts, socks, tank tops, etc. which I find really fun. The palm trees in the front of every in n out is definitely an ultimate signature and I love that because no one gets to have that and it’s known. Food is completely overrated. The prices may be cheap, but so is the food so it doesn’t make it worth it. The burgers are dry and the fries tasted like they used old potatoes. They have limited vegetarian options, but they have lettuce wraps and grilled cheese. They have a parking lot so there is plenty of parking. There is parking for the disabled as well as wheel chair accessibility. This is a kid friendly restaurant. If you ask them they actually give you a sticker activity. The customer service is average. I’ve gotten both very nice people as well as people with an attitude so it all just depends which one you go too. They’re known for being fast as well as low priced, but I care more about what I eat so although I grew up coming here I will not being going there again. Good luck to you in n out!

While I LOVE the food at In-N-Out, and the FOOD is fine at this location, it is managed INCOMPETENTLY. Unlike just about every OTHER location, this one has IDIOTIC MANAGEMENT and STAFF WHO CANNOT EVEN CORRECTLY LOAD a NAPKIN DISPENSER! Poor training? laziness? incompetent managers is my bet! I, like many, have worked fast food, and as we all know who have worked there, at ANY place you load napkins, there is ONE AND ONLY ONE WAY TO LOAD NAPKINS. Yep, you have to load them with the split in front, on the bottom, so when you pull out A NAPKIN, you get only ONE, you have something to GRAB (that split edge), and it sets up the next napkin to be pulled. At this location, not only are the tables gross, rarely cleaned, dropped food left to lie around for hours, GOOFING OFF staff (talking and goofing around, NOT cleaning/working), but they can't even LOAD NAPKINS. Sad. Thank goodness the burgers are tasty ! now, just fire all the managers, train the workers correctly, and be well!

Overall great staff and nice clean restaurant yet they have WAY too many ceiling vents blowing cold air in every direction. It's almost impossible to find a table where you aren't being blasted with frigid air. And please guys, ditch the paper stars and go back to plastic straws like our wise and great leader, President Trump, has advised.
