In-N-Out Burger

I have frequently visited many of the in-n-out businesses across the United States and have never had a bad experience. Always excellent service with a smile. Food was always fresh & tasty. Try the animal style hamburger. The drive-through has always been an expeditious experience. I love this establishment. Go here, and you, too, will frequent this business.

Honestly pretty disappointed at this particular in n out. The service was great and the burger wasn't fully seasoned however what is disturbing is the lack of cleanliness. Upon entry there was a smell which can only be described as a musty fishy damp smell. Went to the restroom and oh man it was a mess. Not only the restroom but outside as well. I really didn't pay attention to the dining area, so i cannot say if it was clean or not. As a former fast food worker, a lack cleanliness reflects the entirety of a store. If the restaurant doesn't care about it's cleanliness in its restroom then most likely they don't care about cleanliness in the kitchen. To say the restroom was dirty is an understatement and honestly it's sad to see the decline of in n out, as this isn't the first time I've seen this but this time it was absolutely disgusting.

The drive thru line was long so we went inside. Very busy environment but the food came out in a timely manner. It was loud on the inside with kids running around so I ate outside. The food was good. You have to eat it hot onsite.
