I pulled up to the driveway for a drive-through order and the girls said one second. I said sure 10 minutes later she says have you been helped I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and some potatoes. I am the only person in line and I have to wait another 10+minutes at the window with my car in park turned off all. And for my sandwiches to be cold!! That was the final straw! when I decided to call and make a complaint about this, looking at my receipt, they have no number to call that is active. I tried calling the number at the top, which is not in service. I do not have the app will not make any further attempts to make a complaint. shouldn’t of been a nice guy sitting there waiting patiently. honestly every time I come through this specific Carl’s Jr. they always do this either your order is gonna be wrong or you’re gonna be the only person in there and you’re gonna have to wait over 25 minutes

The service was great. I needed help with the app, promo discounts and the staff went out of their way to ensure that i got my discounts and app points. The burger was fresh made to order. This fast food establishment definitely stands out because of the friendly good service.

Juan is friendly and great menu variance. Definitely coming back because food is fresh and clean place to eat. Great atmosphere. Coke was refreshing . Service was fast
