My first time at this Carl's Jr. was in the 1980s. The second time at this location was in August 2022. We went in to order takeout, but the focus of the server was to accommodate all the drive-thru orders first even though we were there before the second and third cars. The fried zucchini was excellent. The burgers were okay. BK and I-and-O have better tasting burgers.

That AI system has to go. No question. This is Stockton. We don’t need AI taking our orders. They can’t even get it right. And they gave the wrong order. 2 different burgers but we got the fries and the drinks right. Won’t be coming back if AI is still in place.

We went through the drive thr÷u and they were using AI ordering. I don't want to talk to a computer when ordering my food. My kids were screaming out what they wanted in the background and the AI was putting stuff in the order I didn't want. I will not continue to eat at Carl's Jr. If they replace workers for AI.
