Took 20 minutes just for someone to take an order at the drive thru so we pulled up to order at the window and watched as the car that pulled up behind us was able to order their food within minutes. Then we pull up to the window and Mercedes and grisela were just laughing and joking around at the window surprised that we haven’t ordered tells us to park in front in the sun like we haven’t already been waiting JUST to order. Yet receipt says savanna and when asked oh she works the night shift yet her names on the receipt. Pretty shady service. Ordered junior jumbo jack with cheese and open the burger and there’s no cheese. So orders can’t even be taken correctly either

I like this location, but it is still Jack in the Box, the employees (many of them) have learned my name and I only go in 1-2 times a week. The food is food, but I only order items with grilled chicken. Sons seem to like the burgers.

My burger’s bottom bun was upside down and the patty and cheese were burnt. It seriously seemed like it’d been microwaved.
