I’m giving this Sonic location one star due to a frustrating and disappointing experience. They have a sign on their window advertising a weekly special for buy-one-get-one-free cheeseburgers on Sundays, but the way they handle it is ridiculous. I didn’t notice we were charged full price until after we paid, so I brought it up to the cashier. Instead of addressing the issue, they told me the discount only applies if the customer mentions it beforehand. Apparently, this is how their manager tells them to operate. If that’s the case, what’s the point of having the deal advertised? It feels deceptive. The service throughout the visit was just as bad. From the standoffish tone during the speaker order to the dismissive attitude at the window, the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth. This Sonic location doesn’t seem to care about their customers or providing good service. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a hamburger minus cheese onions and tomatoes. I didn't realize until I was already in my semi driving down the freeway that my food was wrong and the milkshake was Vanilla. I called customer service and they are replacing the milkshake but not the hamburger, and I have to make a purchase in order to get the milkshake replaced which puzzles me because I've already purchased the milkshake I just want it made right. My opinion of Sonic has really went downhill after this interaction

Online order - gave me a route 44 sized drink cause they were too lazy to make my medium dr pepper with cherry, vanilla, and lome wedges. Then they ignored the sauces I paid for, not giving me any of them. Paid extra for the drink flavor and lime, didn't get it, paid extra for sauce, didn't get it. What's the point of ordering if you can't follow the screen?
