First time to dine in at Carl's Jr. And my first impression is very high. Just wonder why so few people love it here. Clean, delicious food, fries taste authentic, service is good, veggies in the burgers are fresh. Just an honest review. Hope people try it. Here at Sunnyvale branch.

Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich here. It was a decent price due to the deal through the app. It tasted basically like a McChicken from McDonald's. Not spicy at all. Good taste but nothing outstanding. The service was a bit poor because we specifically asked to eat in and gestured a tray, but they still gave us the order in a take out bag. The feel of the restaurant was good with nicer and more unique seat and table materials compared to the bland colors that other fast food places have.

Excellent service at this Carl's Jr. The cashier, Michael, was very friendly and attentive, making sure my order was correct and delivering it with a great attitude. It's clear he cares about customer satisfaction. I will definitely return thanks to his excellent customer service. Thank you, Michael!
