I love this location. The food is always so good and fresh. The Beef n Cheddar and the regular Roast Beef sandwiches are my favorite. Every time I come here the employees are very friendly.

I recently visited the Arby’s at 27702 Jefferson Ave in Temecula, CA, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. During a previous visit, I participated in their donation promotion, where I was promised a free fry and small cheese sauce on my next purchase. I specifically asked if the coupon had an expiration date and was told it didn’t. Fast forward a month later when I came back to redeem it, they refused to honor it, claiming it had expired and was no longer in their system. When I explained what happened, the manager was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Not only did they fail to uphold their own promotion, but their dismissive attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I left feeling like my time and money were wasted. If you’re thinking of visiting this Arby’s, don’t bother. Between their inability to deliver on their promises and the lack of basic customer service, it’s not worth it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will not support this location again.

The staff is always friendly I appreciate this more than ever while the service industry is forgetting the basic smile and how can I help attitude, which both goes a long way. I only get the Greek gyro and a Coke, it's good, I enjoy it very much. The restaurant is clean and the lobby well taken care of. Thank you.
