Food was good, service was not, prices are pretty high. Not sure what it is about Popeyes, but most of them I have been to have employees that are just not friendly. How about a hello and smile when you come in or maybe they could at least be at the register ready to take an order. I love the crunch on the chicken, I just wish the service could be as good.

I have lived in Temecula for 5 years now and I never checked out the Popeyes. I decided to give it a try tonight over going to Dave’s Hot chicken. What a mistake! I let the drive thru workers know that it was my first time ever at Popeyes. I was asking for suggestions and they were helpful. I upgraded my meal to a large. $18.59 for a “large” combo. The chicken was cold and flat like a cardboard. Honestly everything was cold. The Mac and cheese had a layer of cheese on top that was rubbery. You only get ONE sauce with your large combo and any more sauce ordered is $0.25 each. I barely got any Cajun fries. I’m not sure how they’re Cajun because they’re just peppered. The soda tasted flat. I expected better quality for almost spending $20 on a meal. Never coming again!

Just spent $40 on two shrimp box meals with the two chicken tenders. I seriously got maybe 2 1/2 pieces of shrimp in my whole entire shrimp box. I’ve never seen anything so scandalous and felt so ripped off and so disappointed all at once the service was really short and shitty, the atmosphere was really dull and the customer service sucked and the food was absolutely looks nothing like the picture on the menu. I will never go here again. It’s like I got a kids meal, but half of it was eaten already. Food was cold. Didn’t even get a biscuit in my box like I totally feel taken advantage of and ripped off.
