2/26/25 @10:30 bought a Dave’s cheese Burger and spicy chicken sandwich for 18.25. They mixed the two ingredients, drowned it in mayo and got upset when I asked for a refund. Honest review, food quality was 1 out 5

Fast food places look broke nowadays. This is one of my spots I go to near the office. Everytime I want to try the new mushroom bacon burger, the never get the order right and I get something else. Why offer it all if you don't serve it. Getting a customer's order wrong is bad business; even tho the staff is usually friendly. I'll give it one more try and see what happens

The older gentleman at the register was rude. It took 30 minutes to get an order in and there was only 3 people in front of me. He told the people behind me to "just leave" Then when it came time for us to order he very rudely said "what do you want". I had also noticed that he consistently got confused with orders that were being ready and handed to customers, they were missing multiple items and getting mixed up with other customers orderes. Will not be going back.
