Not enough people working in your store at 3pm delayed drive thru service. Waited at the drive-through window for over five minutes to receive food. Only one man was present behind the counter, taking drive-through orders and helping walk-in customers at the same time. There are a lot of fast food choices in this area from your competitors. And no receipt offered or given - contrary to franchise tax law.

Found a long strand of hair on the burger leading into the inside of the burger. Lost my appetite after this . Contacted support and they were no help useless company.

Fast good 👍 wanted a fish burger but found out they no longer carry fish anymore.
