Extremely greedy company. They refuse to give out extra sauces. On door dash there is no button to add extra sauces. I’m willing to pay for it but there was no way. I asked my driver to see if they would be able to put the sauces in the bag anyway and they REFUSED. They said I needed to pay and I explained there was no button for it. They then ask me to place another order another item in order to get the sauces instead of giving good customer service and helping me out. In fact, they didn’t even give me the ONE sauce that the app did let me select. It’s just a packet of ranch bro.

wonderful customer service, good wait time for hot fresh egg sandwiches. (breakfast menu available all day) would highly recommend any of the sweet cream cold brew iced coffees (beware: more on the sweet side, but delicious) Huge shoutout to night/morning shift, especially Raul, for impeccable customer service!

It has been 3x now that they have got my order WRONG! This is one of the best Jack in the Box locations in the area. It’s disappointing that recently they have been screwing up my order. I am on a time crunch and it’s aggravating having to explain they messed up the order EVERY TIME! I work in Benicia and despite always being busy the Benicia location gets my order correct. If they don’t, they apologize and throw in a small freebie for their mistake! Please communicate with your teammates to make sure every order is correct and fresh for the customer.
