I Honestly,have had multiple bad experiences with their service. Specifically how long it takes to make the food, If you go in person or through the drive-through, it takes upwards of 20 minutes for each order to come out the window. If you try to order it through an online service like DoorDash GrubHub or Uber it takes anywhere between 40 minutes and an hour and a half to actually get your order made and given to a Dasher, The past two times that I’ve been in person I’ve had my order messed up In the last three times my fiancé or I have ordered it off of DoorDash It’s taken way too long to be fast food. My three-year-old absolutely loves wienerschnitzel specifically because of the name! And we love to hear him try to say Wienerschnitzel. But unfortunately, I feel the poor service is going to have to turn our business towards other places when we decide to eat out

I had a spur of the moment craving for a kraut dog. Since I was in the area i know there existed a Wienerschnitzel I googled the directions and off I went. I been to the establishment before in which I was very displeased and disappointed all the way around. I am so glad I gave them a second chance! It was clean, staff was patient, courteous, professional, polite, and personable. My craving as satisfied and u returned home a happy camper💞

The only place to get a fried corn dog and a good hot dog that isn't too expensive. Service is always fast and the people are always nice.
