After 3 days at the Ventura Fairgrounds hosting a Scottish tent we were pretty burned out. This covienently located McD's was on the way back to our hotel. The service was excellent as I was acknowledged & helped quickly. I walked in because the drive thru was packed. I pay with cash & had a question. It was busy inside too, but you can order from the boards. Unfortunately while the dining room had plenty of seating, it was really dirty. There was a young person sweeping the street & I wondered 🤔 💭 why isn't h cleaning the dining room area first? Weird. We were maybe 5 minutes from our room, but our food was cold 🥶. I was so hungry I ate my filet of fish w/1 third of a slice of cheese not even melted on the bun. Sad to see the destruction. This is why I rarely visit! Good luck.

I will never come back to this McDonald's again. I was on a raod trip(6 hour drive) and after about 2 1/2 hours pulled over to let Mt kids stretch their legs and get something to eat. Right off the bat there are no employees at the counter, you have to order through the kiosk or mobile order, but there was an employee helping elderly use the kiosk, so idk why they wouldn't just keep at least one employee available with a cash register for people who don't want to or don't know how or can't use the kiosk. Then no refills. They even put a McDonald's decorated cardboard over the fountain station so people can't get refills. Wtf. Never coming back here. Thankfully I don't live in this area, where this is my only options. But the sound employees however were all very kind. No play structure or tablet like games for this kids.

If I could give it 0 I would. I worked at this exact location. And this employee literally said it takes 24 hours to brew SWEET TEA! I ordered sweet tea on the app. And said I was holding up the line when I was waiting in line for an hour for SWEET TEA!
