Ordered breakfast through the Drive Thru with your new AI service this morning! Ordered two egg sausage and hash browns biscuits. Drive away and guess what?!? No eggs in the biscuits!! Drive back for a refund. No apologies from Jesse, no smile, no customer service at all! Manager offered no apology either! $20 an hour for rude slow service?!? Train your employees better or get rid of them! UPDATE **And what do you get from the corporate office? The same automatic response given to every bad review! L

I only love coming in when the Male manager (I believe he's the manager) is there. This morning, I was happy to see he was. He has excellent service. Everyone else isn't welcoming at all. Today, before picking up my kids, I went in to order but walked out due to not feeling welcomed or greeted. They need to work on customer service..

i waited at the window for 10 minutes, and i didn’t even receive all my items. it’s always a hit or miss here. but to place a mobile order that tells me to get there a certain time and then having to wait another 10 minutes, for an incomplete order, is ridiculous. also no communication from the employees, i don’t care for small talk, but all that was said to me was ‘name?’
