I’ve had good last experiences here but this one was worth sharing. Simon R was the person who took my order and I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I was trying to be polite with her. I had a coupon and was waiting for someone to help me but she called me over and said with attitude that I could use their kiosk to which I replied that I had a coupon and would need her assistance. After patiently waiting, she took my order and when the food came I asked for creamers for the coffee and some ranch as there were 4 in my party and they said that you had to pay for extra. As someone who has family working at other Jack in the Box facilities, I knew that they had to give you at least one person order considering we ordered multiple things as a party of 4. I said thank you and was trying to be polite about it but I just felt that she had an attitude so I wish her the best. There was no issue with the actual food but I just hope this facility is aware of how rude their employees can come off.

WARNING their system is over charging you. The system over charged me by 1.20. when I confronted them they tried making every excuse as to how I must have ordered something extra which was false. Then the assistant manager doesn't know the difference between before tax and after tax. She then started that they must have changed for 4 cheeses instead of the 2 with zero evi. But my receipt only shows the 2 breakfast jacks at 2.99 and + two cheese at .60 each. That's 7.18 before tax I was charged 8.38 before tax. She said it must be a mistake. I said no it's your algorithm obviously and she just wanted it to go away by saying they will reimburse me the 1.20.

Most Nastiest Fast Food Experience of my life. Came during grave yard shift & ordered food. I ordered a chicken sandwich & when eating felt a weird texture & the whole inside was Slimy as hell! I called and they explained they cooked it proper time (i get it but I’m not going to lie about a sandwich) & they don’t understand how so i saved the sandwich went in next day around 2pm lady just rolled her eyes & started refund & told me throw the sandwich away , wasnt concerned at all about what went wrong so i showed her & split patty in half in-front of her & she was instantly as grossed out as i was(i was even more grossed out seeing the inside) , & she then, kept patty to show manager. I feel they both didnt care on what was wrong , when this is pretty important. Definitely wont be coming here again
