1/16/25 6:41PM Everything was going alright picking up my mobile order, but while I was at the store I decided to order some fries. I was at the drink fountain getting my drink and an employee called out my fries and saw he put the bag on the counter. After I was done getting my drink I grabbed the bag (or so I had thought) from the counter and went to sit down. I noticed an order ticket on the bag. (I AM A DASHER MYSELF!!) Realizing it wasn't mine I quickly went to take back the bag to the counter where, I believe it was the shift lead, was talking to someone about a pick up. I had said I believe this is what you're looking for. The employee then proceeds to tell the other customer I had taken the order. OK THIS IS MY ISSUE: I had not just taken the order. Instead of the employees taking accountability for mixing up orders they apparently will blame other customers for THEIR mistakes. I am a loyal customer to Jack in the Box but I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I don't believe I will be going back to this location again.

These Employees open before their start time i went twice since working out here and for a blue collar worker like myself I need to grab something to eat,it says 6 and open by 530 this is commitment and deserves great reviews,i cant speak for all Employees but the 2 i had in a row were great ask for Elsa i didn't get the other girls name but they were super fast line or not my hat goes off to them I hope the manager or owner see this and raises these workers pay and everything was accurate thank you,ill be back and with and update on the other names.UPDATE: ELSA,ASHLEY,ELIJAH (are the names) and the Employees in the back cooking this early as well,thier level of Respect and attitude for it to be so EARLY in the morning to provide us service is unmatched....my respect goes out to them and recognize good service and compliment them on it they DESERVE a raise most definitely.

Was just there and I didn’t catch the guys name but there’s a guy who was approximately 5’11 , wore glasses, a little chubby, had a mustache and working the night shift who gave me the worst service. He was not attentive as I was making my order and gave me what I didn’t ask for. In addition to this, I had two orders and told him to charge a specific card to the first order and I’ll give him a different card for the second order yet he didn’t listen to that request either. I didn’t catch this until he handed me two receipts and when I looked at the first receipt as to why my order was so expensive, I caught his mistake. He made things very difficult and very frustrating. When he called his manager Stephanie about the issue, it was as if he was trying to make it seem like we were problematic but the whole issue stemmed from him not listening in the first place. Don’t think I’ll be coming back unfortunately. Edit: Checked the receipt from that day and his name is Matthew.
