The cashier might have been new, but she was having trouble on the register understanding how I placed my order. Eventually someone more experienced stepped in to assist her and it got taken care of. Other than that, the service was cool. Took a little longer than I expected to receive my two meals 'though. They were probably focused much more on the drive thru.

This was actually one of the worst experiences that we have had. We were there a few minutes before closing and the manager chose to have her employee tell us that the system was down. Then she proceeded to tell us they would be opening back up in one hour. What made it all worse was that they had just taken someones order right before ours. They just didn't want to work ... I wonder what corporate would have to say about it all...

What is the purpose of editing your order on the app if it's not going to be correct, I ordered 6 tacos with extra lettuce & extra sauce, it seemed like it was the complete opposite when I picked it up, very little lettuce and very little sauce. Little things like this go a long way, especially when passing by and expecting what you ordered. Very upsetting
