In-N-Out Burger

I have friends in California that have raved about In-N-Out Burger for years… frankly I was not impressed with the new restaurant in Arvada. PROS - Easy to pull in for either interior or drive through Nice, New and Super Clean Friendly service oriented staff Value - cheeseburger and shake for about $8.00 CONS - Waited longer than expected for food (inside) Burger was over cooked and cold Was a cool day but very HOT inside Overall impression; not impressed. I can’t figure out what all the hype is about. This location has opened within the past month or so. Perhaps giving them a little time to smooth operations out will see some improvement.

As a native Californian I’ve overall been impressed with the consistency that this location and other Colorado locations have maintained. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Only eaten inside once and there were multiple staff members walking around and taking our trash which is something I’ve always appreciated about In N Out. However, there is some lack of consistency with the manner in which the burgers are put together — not very neat sometimes. More importantly, I always order my fries light-well (and you should too) and I’d say 1/5 times even if they repeat back to me that they’ll be as I ordered, they come out light and soggy and sad :( But all in all everything is usually great!

Cute decor very good service from the kids. I had the fries 27 yrs ago in San Diego they were good these are awful like Styrofoam some are green and some are overcooked. . I only got fries and soda and several ppl after me got their order I had to go up and remind them of mine. If they put more ice cream options or veggie burgers onion rings etc I'd try again but as of now no lol
