They are literally playing and listening to music Loud, I asked for fresh fries with my mobile order and the employee sat at the window with me confused on what my mobile code was in the system for 5 min? Then the manager I assume came and yelled at him and gave me my order. Old fries. I come back around for fresh ones like I politely asked in the first place. Just why are you at your job playing? I don’t care if it’s McDonald’s customer service is customer service I should have ate at home!

They really should just close down the drive thur, you can never drive thru your always stuck parking and waiting because the staff are unable to make simple orders or management cant tell shopping trends appropriately. It is such a shame how awful McDonald's has gotten since i was a kid. If the founders could see it now they would be highly sadden

Large Fry? GFY. Employees really need to start taking pride in what they do and recognize people are forking out TOP dollar for fast food. People need to take care of each other during these times and actually provide the amount of food people deserve and pay for. Shame people. Shame.
