Legit just told me I had to buy something before I could use the bathroom? Felt like I was just racially profiled as a white woman. Stay away from here! Nobody should support the way they treat customers. Little girl should be fired. Taco bell is better Next door. Clean. Bathrooms aren't locked. I may just pee in a cup and dump it at the front door. That's what happens when you deny people access who could buy the whole building.

DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS! This Wendy’s is so horrible. The older lady who got the order was passive aggressive and not patient at all. She didn’t give us a receipt and missed a whole meal. The food that we did get was cold. And the mayonnaise was all clumpy. I myself work in the food industry, and I understand messing up but being rude about it to to costumers who have been trying to be nice to you ?? Unacceptable. I just know that the management in this place needs better hospitality and better employees. I am so disappointed.

When we first entered, we expected to have a smooth experience. However, it soon turned upside down. To begin with, students from the nearby high school entered the establishment RUNNING and play fighting. They almost knocked the wind out of an old individual. They didn’t stop for 30 minutes straight. Not to mention, they just let the kids smoke/vape. The only thing they could say was “careful”. Next thing, my friend was ordering on the kiosk. When she used apple pay, it went through. However, it didn’t appear on the screen at all. When my friend went up to them, the lady denied to give her the food she paid for. For context, my friend showed her the receipt on her phone that showed the date, time, amount paid, and that the transaction was made at Wendy’s. She spoke to us with attitude and gave us a look like we’re crazy. We spoke so kindly to her and had so much patience. After minutes, we finally got our food. It was cold. Never in my life have I ever experienced customer service like this and such a horrid environment. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
