This is purest a review for saucy nuggets. This place is my most favorite to get ghost pepper saucy nuggets. They make it crunchy and generously saucy, unlike other Wendy’s I had. I will only buy saucy nuggets from here

I ordered on the app. And used the drive-thru, so I did not go into the building. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and the chicken was burnt and the bun was burnt. I've never had that happen before. I also ordered Dr. Pepper but got diet Dr. Pepper. I have had great service and meals from other Wendy's, but I will not visit this location again.

Gas light by Wendys AI! I used to eat Wendys like 4 time a week. Tonight was the first time back after being intriduced to their AI order system months ago. Still a TERRIBLE experience. I asked for a 4 count of nuggets. The system triggered a screen that showed 6, 8 or 12 and said what count do you want? I said "you don't have a 4 count?". It then added a 4 count to my order....they dont want to sell you a 4 count. It also decided to give me tossed nuggets out of no where. Thankfully I caught it at the window and the HUMANS fixed the issue for me. I wont be returning to my old habits. This message is not intended to help them "improve" this system but rather to say as a consumer I choose to spend my money elsewhere. Time to say goodbye to Wendys!
