Nice atmosphere and service was great. The chicken was good but was hoping for great. Tenders were dry and the hot chicken mild at best and dry too. And the sandwich needs more than a few slices of pickles. Was too naked. Not saucy enough

When Birdcall first opened, I loved it. I feel like the last two times I've eaten here, it just wasn't good. Chicken was dry, fries cold, and holy cannoli has the price gone up. Doubt I will eat here again.

Tried this place out today after I shopped. It was overall pretty good but could use some improvement. The chicken was juicy. I ordered the rancher sandwich and I feel it could have had a bit more sauce so ask for extra if you're a saucy person. The tv screen above the counter showed their tots getting seasoned and looking delicious but my tots were plain :/
