Fries are just the cup. No extra. Since the extra are baked into the price you’re basically getting scammed. Food often takes a long time and there’s nowhere to wait without being in the way.

I got the burger all the way, asked for no ketchup and no bacon whatsoever, no pork at all and my burger comes undercooked and I came back to ask them to remake it, as this is not the way I eat meat. So they did remake it and after taking a bite, I realized it has bacon in it and I don’t eat pork in any forms. The manager was hostile towards me but did remake it again and I am never coming back to five guys again. Not the kind of experience I was looking for. Aaaand, they made me eat bacon!
