This Taco Bell is a joke. Work near by and had my own orders as well as countless meals that my coworkers have ordered that have all been messed up. Constantly missing items and don't even bother trying to get anything custom because they WILL NOT get it right. Only come here if you're willing to waste 30 minutes in the drive through just to discover your food isn't even your order.

I know what to expect at Taco Bell. They are what they are. Lower quality food and hopefully good to great service. I didn’t realize that they put the sour cream at the bottom of the burrito and don’t put it in the burritos so that it’s in the whole burrito. After eating the burrito 70% of the way, and not getting to the sour cream, I opened it up because I thought they forgot the sour cream. However, the sour cream was all on the very bottom. When I asked for them to remake it because I ordered a burrito with sour cream, they refused and got rude. This store seems to have a hard time getting employees as they are more often than not very incompetent, can’t make eye contact. I wish I could serve horrible food and give horrible service at my business and still make money

High marks for this location and the manager (tall guy with the glasses), he's very hospitable every single time and he always seems like he's pretty on top of everything. Give that guy a raise! It's Taco Bell so you can only expect so much from the food but the 5 stars are for the staff.
