Thank you so much, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names. I arrived at around 1:30 am, right before close. Got the best service ever!!!!

Welcome to Wendy's at 2420 Baseline Road in Boulder Colorado! What a great day to have a great meal outside in the sun with all the beautiful fall colors! This location is one of the best in Boulder. The manager here is extremely friendly and has exceptional customer service skills. After telling him I had an allergy to onions he took the time out to tell the cook right away before my meal was even placed. To make sure that no onions were put on my sandwich. I got the Dave's double burger with extra extra pickles and let me tell you this meal was extraordinary! Super yummy made with love. The fries were hot and perfect! Way to go Wendy's in Boulder. If you want to have a nice relaxing meal in the Sun make sure you sit at the umbrella picnic tables to have your lunch. Thank you and enjoy your meal. Chelsea

So I don’t know if this is the fault of the store or not but I don’t know where else to leave a review. I placed an order on 11/21 for delivery, and my food showed up cold and half eaten. 2/4 nuggets were gone, and half of the fries as well. I immediately emailed Wendy’s customer service. Today, 11/25, I got an email back from them with a number to call. So I did, and I explained my situation and they told me they could not help or issue a refund because the order happened more than 3 days prior. I submitted my complaint prior to that, and did not receive the phone number to call in that 3 day time span. I fail to see how this is acceptable.
