I don't expect much from a Carl's Jr. and was underwhelmed by this location. Food was ok but slow. It should have been better prepared and faster. Restaurant is understaffed, even for the three customers inside and a few cars in the drive-through. Customer parking on the lobby side of the building was full; odd with an almost empty lobby.

The first one's supposed to be Angus burger I was told by the cashier that doesn't come with lettuce or tomatoes just meat I had to literally ask for cheese lettuce and tomato the second one is supposed to be a double western bacon burger needless to say I didn't bother asking for the lettuce tomatoes on that one because I don't want to make him upset because who knows what they're doing back there. End the cashier didn't even wash his hands when he came out of the bathroom I made it a point to see if he would this is the worst location ever. Take my word for it and I never leave bad reviews.

Ordered my boyfriend the el Diablo burger with no cheese tonight and order accuracy wasn’t fantastic. If anything he got extra cheese but no jalapeño poppers on his burger. It is what it is, but it’s kind of a hit or miss at the end of a shift. I had asked the employee at the speaker for a side of ranch and she said no problem. Before I took off I noticed I didn’t have any in the bag and asked the man at the window, he told me in a super monotone voice that they were out of ranch. He sounded exhausted. Please give your employees a raise, at least it’s incentive for order accuracy and fair compensation for the bs they go through with corporate America and consumers. They don’t get paid enough to deal with a Karen like me.
