I just pulled up to the window, I was really hungry on my way to work because I go to school full-time. The person at the window saw me pull up to the menu and walked away. I sat there for five minutes, waiting for them nobody answered. This place has really went downhill. I can’t believe how mad I was because of it. I wanted to buy the ghost burger combo. If you have a corporate number or something to reimburse me for my experience, I’d really appreciate that. There’s only one person here who really gives great service and it’s the old man that’s been there for 25 or 30 years or something. I can’t remember his name right now. Whoever has the red BMW outside. They legitimately saw me and decided to not help which is wild honestly. I have 1.3 million views on my reviews. I hope people would highly consider this review when they go here to this place.

Fernando gave amazing service!!! I bought 70$ worth of food through the drive thru … and did not miss anything that I ordered!! Make sure Fernando working to get the best service! He deserves a raise!!!

A nice young man named Tyler was very polite and quick to help us! Made sure our order was correct and given to us in a timely manner. Great customer service here, hot fresh food! Great experience overall
