I stumbled across this place on DoorDash and I’ve gotta tell you, I’m glad I did. It’s basically delicious food that is intentionally designed to be healthy. And BTW, that’s not even my vibe. I typically order heavy Italian dishes from Maggiano’s or sorta-greasy Chinese food, but I took a chance on this because I could afford to lose a few pounds. I ordered their #1 most popular offering which is basically a bowl with salad, grains and chicken and dressing — I added in walnuts for crunch and some yummy avocado. I also ordered three of their sauces just so that I could compare them. My fave was the lemon-thyme and my runner-up was the rosemary balsamic. Final note: it was insanely affordable

After yoga at Movement, I was in search of a fast, healthy lunch. Ben’s looked like an affordable option on the way to my next stop, so I decided to give it a try. The concept of ordering from your phone or the kiosk and receiving your order through a locker in minutes is fantastic, especially if you’re in a hurry and/or don’t want to socialize with waitstaff. The menu is chock full of clean ingredients and has detailed descriptions, allowing for a quick and informed decision. I had the chicken mixed bowl (half grains; half greens) with smoky chipotle sauce (requested to omit the pickled onions). The chicken was super tender and flavorful without being overpowering, the grains were cooked perfectly, and there was a decent amount of leafy greens, although I wish where was more spinach. The chipotle sauce was similar to a chipotle crema without being overly heavy. The generous portion left me satisfied and energized. I’m a big fan of meals that make my body feel good. Fried and overly seasoned foods never sit well with me, so Ben’s was a welcome find! HOW TO ORDER Place your order via your phone or on the kiosk inside the waiting area. You’ll receive a text after placing your order and also when it’s ready. Use the smaller touchscreen near the lockers to magically retrieve your order! Be sure to request silverware in your order—silverware isn’t available in the waiting area.

Ordered on their website. You can order at the on-site kiosk, too. This location is a food pick-up location only, no seating. The kitchen prepares food for multiple restaurants. The Uber Eats guy in front of me had his meal stolen/misplaced/given to someone else? Anyway, the Chicken Mixed (salad and brown rice mix) was good. My first impression was "there's not much chicken" when I opened the box. There definitely wasn't enough dressing (Smoky Chipotle Sauce) although it was filling. My critique is that it barely had any veggies other than the pickled onion and cucumber that comes with the order. It was good I ordered a side of avocado. The pic I took is exactly how it was when I opened it and you can see the amount of chicken as well as the few carrots. For the "inexpensive" price, I feel like it's expensive for what you get and the flavor is good but didn't give me that satisfying feeling.
