Food was utterly disgusting. The patti was extremely thin and felt very hard. It was almost as if it was frozen. Horrible taste. The bread was hard as a rock, and the fries tasted like bad oil. I visited from out of state, and I would never come back to this place if I ever visit again. This is not a top burger spot. Go someplace else. I just hate that I spent $18 on garbage. I do not recommend.

I ordered a West Slope Double burger and assumed it would be fresh since its a limited time menu item. I should've known better when the drive through guy handed it to me immediately without a wait. The burger was room temperature, looked like it had been microwaved from frozen instead of grilled, and the giant onions were raw. It was the worst fast food burger I've had in years. I'll never go to this chain again. That's how bad it was.
