This McDonald’s in Fort Collins falls short of expectations. The fries consistently taste as if they were cooked in old oil, and there’s a noticeable lack of napkins or ketchup. Furthermore, the managers provide consistently poor service.

No body here can do their job and take a simple order in a timely manner. Doesn't matter if it's a busy time of the day or a slow time. Good luck getting someone's help. Sat at the front for 10 minutes with multiple employees look at me but none come to take an order.

I wish I could say good things about this place considering how often I stop by, but really I only eat here out of convenience. Everything takes forever, so I don't even consider using the drive thru. The dining areas are usually pretty dirty. The employees and managers will do everything they can to pretend they don't see you, I guess so they don't have to help you? They'll make eye contact with you and ignore you or literally just walk away. They don't even pretend they have other work to get done. The only smiles you'll see here are on the Happy Meals. They never refill the receipt rolls or numbered table markers at the kiosks. On occasion, the restaurant has no English-speakers, so good luck if you don't know Spanish. You'll get your food (eventually, and hopefully accurately) but don't expect anything else from this place except second-hand embarrassment. This serious decline only started in recent years.
