I pulled up to the drive thru at 6 am this morning. Other cars were in the drive thru getting food and one currently in one of the ordering lanes. Well I pulled into the other lane. After waiting 2 minutes no one answered. I said hello a few times tying to get a response over the next few minutes. Nothing. . . The other car also was sitting there for longer and still occasionally saying hello to get a response. . . After 5 or 6 minutes of no response I left. Never been straight up ignored in a drive thru for that long. Very disappointing.

I get it’s a McDonald’s and it’s fast food, but how do you ever expect yourself to get into a better position if you can’t lock in and get the basics done right. Stale fries, got the order wrong, half built sandwiches missing ingredients, my box holding my burger was crushed… and no napkins. It’s obvious they’re just not caring. I worked a bunch of tedious jobs in the past, but caring about the little things is what builds you up to be reliable and trustworthy for the bigger jobs in your life. Just drive passed this one there’s a much better one down the road.

I didn’t eat food it was for my son. I do know the sweet tea looked like sugar water. It was so light I had to ask was it really tea. They are always pretty nice there.
