Terrible staff. Didn’t make our order and insisted their address was on “Harmony Road”, not at 4525 S College and they said we were at the wrong location. This is a picture of the front door. They finally made our food after I brought up the email confirmation and pointed out the address on the door. Wow.

Just horrible I never expected the treatment that I got today I pulled into the drive-through was going to use a code from the McDonald’s app. They didn’t even ask for my code or if I was going to use one I had to tell them myself on top of that. They were acting very rude with me. I get that it’s a fast food restaurant and things go quick, but they were rushing and they weren’t even that busy. I pull up to the window I pay my food and move onto the next window. They give me my drinks with an attitude and on top of that they asked me to park like I said they weren’t busy. I park and wait about 5 to 10 minutes for my food when I got home, I opened the package to see a sloppy mess, it seemed like if the food had just been thrown in the bag and the chicken was burnt. went back to get a refund and get my money back and the employees were rude. Not wanting to give me my money back. And they had their own drinks out all over the kitchen instead of in the back room or in the break room whatever this McDonald’s has. Wouldn’t come back disgusting behavior from this McDonald’s.

The staff at this location is absolutely incompetent. I got the wrong order so I went back to ask for my correct order and they demanded my incorrect order back in turn for my correct order. I told them that they messed up and I do not owe them anything in return so finally she coughed up my food then proceeded to chase me outside and yell at me in Spanish. Not only should I not be responsible for bringing back the food they mistakenly gave me because that is cross contamination and a safety hazard to reuse the food, they should have comped my whole order for having to drive all the way back to correct THEIR mistake. THIS IS INSANE. YOUR STAFF NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE. Your employee literally chased me outside and yelled at me. Please contact me for more info on this incident, this must be corrected. I will absolutely be contacting corporate to address this horrendous service and treatment. This kind of service is completely unacceptable; especially for a company as reputable as McDonald’s. This staff is a total mark against the entire McDonalds corporation.
