Service was ok except everyone working at 1 pm on Sunday including the manager was high and took my order then took 20 mins before I got my food and by the time I got to my truck I had soggy cold fry's And nuggets were cold and jr Bacon looked cold and soggy I think Wendy needs to train there people better then that ! Starting to look like McDonald's !

i’ve come here for a bit and the food and atmosphere is usually pretty okay. my major complaint is the service. they either take a long time to help you, or just not at all. tonight 1/21 at around 7:30 pm my father and i were waiting for service at the front counter for about 5 minutes. we had several employees look directly at us, and then continue to do whatever instead of helping. not a greeting or “we’ll help you when we can!” just nothing. it’s certainly frustrating, and as someone who works in a food service job it’s just blatantly unacceptable. the last time i was there as well, the drive through worker just seemed very agitated and was very short with us and not great. the place is overall pretty alright, the service is just severely lacking.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in more than 20 years. So, while visiting Fort Collins from Thailand, my daughter and I decided to drop in. My daughter ordered the Taco Salad and the four piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets with Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce. I got the double pattie Baconator set. From the soda dispenser, I got a Cherry Dr. Pepper. We don't have that in Thailand. All in all, the food is what you would expect from a Wendy's. The staff member who took our order was polite and helpful explaining the menu to us. The atmosphere was OK, but there was a bit of noise while they vacuumed the floor. The above mentioned food cost came to USD 26.96. In Thailand, that would be around THB 970! Sticker Shock! I can get a lot of Burger King, McDonald's or KFC in Thailand for that price. In America, learn how to use coupons!
