Big promotional sign says "try the loaded waffle fries", so I did. Ordered 2 of them and each order came with ~5-6 fries in them... Less than a small fry for more $ than a large costs.

Young man in drive through tonight at about 530pm was very hospitable. Our order didn’t go through and he was kind and patient while we figured it out. He also came out to let us know when it did come through. He is a good person to have at the window. Don’t see this very often. Thanks.

Not a traditional Jack in the Box but part of a multi eatery that has a bunch of other kitchens and menus. Still has all the menu items and great service. No drive thru its all carryout.
