I picked up some krautburgers and the staff made them super fast and they were delicious! I love the original but the jalapeño and cheese one was also good. Their sides and desserts are great, too. I especially loved the coffee cake.

I walked in with 7 cards filled with punches. One of the cards had 10 punches. I gave the cashier a short lady my cards. She said I could only get one krautburger at a time when I had enough punches for 3 krautburgers. She then called her manager and the manager did not give me my almost fully punched card and took my krautbugers away from me. I was willing g to pay full price after that but the manager would not sell the krautburgers to me. The staff treated me very rude and stole my pu chef card. The manager said she tore the card and threw it on the trash. I felt cheated and with bad customer service.

In my opinion the size of the side for price was not reasonable - very flavorful and fresh though. Hot German potatoe salad. Two traditional Krautburgers with jalapeños and cheese. They are around 12oz each. Delicious. Filling
