I've ordered the market salad from chick-fil-a several times before, but this location did not live up to chick-fil-a standards. my salad had the stem of an apple and the butt of lettuce. I wouldn't put that in a salad at home, so I definitely dont want to pay for whats essentially compost. on top of food that belongs in the trash in my salad, it was seriously lacking in all toppings making most of the salad lettuce and mostly the crunchy, bad part of lettuce. plus they forgot all sauces my boyfriend asked for including the one that's supposed to come with the meal.

I usually have great service here. Sadly today I got a half empty fruit cup that I paid extra for. I used the drive thru. Edit: Since this review this store has reached out and made things right. I have moved and now it is not my closest one,.but I would recommend this store. It is refreshing to be valued. Thank you, chic fil a .

Sadly this visit was a very poor experience, I was dining with my mom today and received lackluster customer service. Our initialcashier definitely had a case of the Monday's, and when I went up to a separate cashier to explain my banana pudding milkshake didn't taste correct, I was treated with paying for a different beverage. I understand this is corporate, but my experience today left much to be desired. Update: they reached out for problem solving actions and I have yet to receive the discussed gift cards or any email confirmation of my address.
