I recently visited your store and placed an order for two chili cheese fries, a banana shake, and a Dr Pepper. Unfortunately, my order took 25 minutes to be prepared. When I inquired about the delay, the manager simply said, “Oops, sorry,” without offering any further explanation or resolution. I understand that busy times can lead to longer wait times, but I was disappointed by both the excessive delay and the lack of professionalism in addressing the situation. I appreciate the service industry and know that things can go wrong, but a more proactive approach in handling delays—such as an update on the wait time or an apology with an offer to make things right—would have made a difference. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that future customers can have a better experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback, and I look forward to your response

Great GoodTimes! Decided to go here for some dessert. Really nice. Staff was friendly, quick service, and most importantly, delicious custard! Bought a pint of vanilla custard and their new flavor of Irish Cream. Both delicious! So, all in all, great GoodTimes location. Will be back whenever I’m in the area! Nice job!

Listen, today is the first time in 4 years across every good times I’ve been to… where I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my food… from breakfast to dinner, I had a bacon breakfast burrito and some wild spuds this morning and they were great, I just finished a big daddy bacon burger with some wild fries. This place used to be my spot snd today I think solidified my return, as a kitchen employee myself I recommend yall just give extra wild sauce with any big daddy bacon burger, it’s good already but the sauce vastly improves it
